The first period was rough. 2 goals in such a short amount of time was hard to handle. The team knew that they had to pull it together.
The team and the fans gained back their momentum after the first goal, which made the score 2-1. It was only the second period, and everyone knew we still had time to catch up. Our best players were out on the ice right now, and the fans were ready to see another goal to tie up the game.

The fans went wild. Hundreds of fans in blue and white jumped out of their seats and clapped. Behind all the chants and screams, you could hear a number of fans joining together to cheer "Go Leafs Go".
try to turn this into something,,,rather than just a thought burst. this space is for published work...not beginnings or ramblings (unless you perfect that form in some way) you need to choose your form as carefully as you choose your content.
